By placing an order on Quicksmart.ro, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. Prices applicable to an order are those displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Quicksmart products are supplied according to the technical specifications applicable to each product and configuration.
Payment
Orders placed through Quicksmart Europe are processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Product prices, shipping charges and the final order total are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched by courier. Delivery times depend on destination, courier service and local conditions. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Returns
Consumers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Returned products must be properly packaged. A reduction in refund value may apply where products show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Warranty
Quicksmart products are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchased product and customer type.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect power supply, physical damage, unauthorized intervention or inappropriate use.
