Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Actual delivery time depends on destination, courier service and local conditions.

Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

The applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

For destinations that require special handling or additional courier charges, we may contact the customer before dispatch.

Returns

Consumers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

Condition of returned products

Returned products should be packaged safely and returned with their accessories where applicable.

A reduction in the refund value may apply where products show handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Warranty cases

A product returned because of a suspected defect may be handled under the applicable warranty procedure rather than as a standard withdrawal return.
