Q10 wired

Precise control and long-term stability.

The Q10 Wired system controls underfloor heating through stable wired connections between room thermostats and the central controller.

An ideal solution for new builds and complete renovations where the wiring can be integrated from the design stage.

Stable wired connection Direct communication between thermostats and controller, without relying on a radio signal.
Individual zone control Set the temperature separately in each room for consistent comfort and optimised energy use.
Boiler & pump control The controller automatically manages the pump and boiler according to heating demand from each zone.
Q20 Wireless

Wireless control in every zone.

The Q20 Wireless system controls underfloor heating without wiring between room thermostats and the central controller.

Control each room independently from the thermostat or Smart Life app, with easy installation and maximum flexibility.

Wireless installation Ideal for renovations, finished homes and projects where additional wiring is not practical.
Individual zone control Set the temperature separately in each room for comfort and optimised energy use.
Smart app control Remote monitoring and temperature control through Smart Life or Tuya.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about underfloor heating control

Quick answers about Quicksmart Q20 Wireless and Q10 Wired systems, zone control, thermostats, thermal actuators and heat-source integration.

What does underfloor heating control mean? +
An underfloor heating control system allows the temperature to be managed independently by room or zone. Thermostats send heating demand to the controller, which operates the thermal actuators installed on the manifold and, depending on the configuration, the circulation pump and heat source.
What is the difference between Q20 Wireless and Q10 Wired? +
Q20 uses wireless communication between the room thermostats and controller, making it ideal for renovations and finished homes. Q10 uses wired connections and is particularly suitable for new builds or complete renovations.
Can I control each room separately? +
Yes. Each thermostat can represent an independent temperature zone. One zone can control one or more manifold circuits depending on the heating system configuration.
Can I control the system from an app? +
Yes. The Q20 system can connect to Smart Life / Tuya through the e-Hub. Compatible wired thermostats in the Q10 range also provide smart connectivity, depending on the thermostat model selected.
How many thermal actuators do I need? +
The number of thermal actuators depends on the number of manifold circuits that need to be controlled, rather than simply the number of rooms. For example, one room with three heating circuits can form a single temperature zone using one thermostat and three actuators.
Are Quicksmart systems compatible with boilers and heat pumps? +
Quicksmart control systems can be integrated with boilers and heat pumps depending on the electrical wiring and the control interface provided by the heat source. Zone control manages heating demand but does not replace correct hydraulic system design.
Can zone control reduce energy use? +
Individual room control can reduce unnecessary heating and help prevent rooms from overheating. Actual energy savings depend on insulation, temperature settings, operating schedules, the heat source and the overall heating system configuration.
How do I choose the right system configuration? +
Start with the number of temperature zones, the number of manifold circuits, the preferred installation type and your heat source. The Quicksmart configurator can help you build the appropriate system for your project.
